The memberships at Ms. Fitness® include an equipment orientation with a certified experienced instructor. The instructor will demonstrate how the equipment and cardio pieces work and design an initial workout program. Weight, measurements and body composition testing will also be performed at members request. Basic nutritional guidance is also available.
